Welcome to the Ancient Art of Yoga with Yogacharini Sonia Allen-Wall

Yogacharini Sonia Allen-Wall is a senior teacher of Classical Rishi Culture Yoga, taught by the late great Dr Swami Gitananda Giri, teaching advanced Yoga practice and Yoga philosophy. Sonia is also a qualified Ayurvedic Lifestyle Counsellor, Yoga Therapist and Clinical Reflexologist based in Shap, Cumbria, on the edge of the beautiful Lake District in the North of England.

Sonia has spent a lifetime researching and exploring the ancient roots of Yoga and the nature of Reality, studying around the world alongside some of the great gurus of our time and has been sharing her knowledge and experience with students and teachers throughout Cumbria for over 30 years.

Whether you wish to learn Yoga from scratch, to strengthen your foundations, to advance your practice or to gain a deeper understanding and awareness of Self, Sonia welcomes you to join our merry group of students on this journey of life!
