Amid so much uncertainty, we have made the decision to move all our classes online until the Spring. We therefore have an exciting Zoom timetable available, from Hatha to Chillout, with details below for our weekly classes.

Remember that a Zoom session is not ‘half’ a yoga class, it is a different beast! By its nature it is more intense and requires constant attention, awareness of yourself, listening well and feeling what you are experiencing. (no time to ‘pop out’ for a mental fag!! Ha ha) One advantage of Zoom is that we can change the structure of attendance into a most fluid and flexible system, giving us a total freedom to choose which, when and how often we attend from day-to-day and week-to-week!

The cost will be £6 a session with our Sunday Satsang session included. If you would like more details and to receive the log in information, please Contact us.
