Through a variety of classical practices and techniques, which bring you to your Self 🕉
We experience the peace, stillness and infinite space of which we are part of! 🙏
Please don't worry that you have to sit for two and a half hours! (there will be time to digest, rest and move about between each method).
This workshop is open to all - please feel free to share with family and friends who are interested in meditation.
